Paloma Capital

This was created as a pilot project for the client. The industrial unit was to be built on an industrial estate which had some empty area, ready for development. The brief was create an interactive app to showcase potential buyers but above all use this as a way to get planning approval from the local council.

The application has multiple interactive option such as Gyro, swipe option within VR & 3D interactive technology and a mixture of drone walkthrough to look around the site in greater detail. This project was successful based on the criteria agreed with the client.
